Facebook launches a tool that allows users to evaluate corporate customer service: Advertisers with a high number of negative comments that fail to correct customer service issues can have their privileges removed from Facebook platforms. Facebook has launched a new "Leave Feedback" tool that allows users to rate their experiences with the companies they clicked on. Facebook will alert companies that receive a high volume of negative comments through the tool, but they will not receive data about disgruntled customers and their ratings.

TV should only represent 170.3 minutes. The global transition from television to the Internet as the primary entertainment medium has taken a long time, but it has also happened faster than expected.
