Study: Does great wealth bring happiness?: "Researchers at Harvard Business School recently asked more than 4,000 millionaires to rate their satisfaction and happiness on a scale of 1 to 10. The respondents with at least $8 million scored higher than those with $7.9 million or less, but there is a catch: the majority of these millionaires interviewed say that to be perfectly happy, they would need to increase their wealth enormously. According to Grant Donnelly, one of the study's leading researchers, "what seems to be happening is that even a marginal increase in wealth does not necessarily increase happiness. The millionaires predict they'll need a lot more to feel good."
