This testifies to the high reputation of the Italian Republic to President Paul Biya. Indeed, the communiqué of the presidency of the republic was read this Thursday in the newspaper of 5 PM announcing the state visit that will carry out Mr. Paul Biya in Italy at the invitation of Sergio Mattarella. In a new video, Abubakar Shekau denounces the "lies" of Cameroon after the announcement of the death of 60 Islamists and the release of 5,000 civilian hostages. In this 27-minute video, which the AFP was able to consult, the elusive leader of Boko Haram appears seated, a heavy machine-gun in front of him and flanked by two masked fighters. Alternating between the Hausa, Kanouri and Arabic languages, Abubakar Shekau claims that the images date from Thursday and that he is "in good health", thus refuting the rumors that he was wounded. But the leader of the Islamist group seems to be diminished compared to his previous appearances, speaking slowly and difficulty. "Beware, Paul Biya" As usual, Shekau attacked the presidents of the regional coalition against Boko Haram, including the Cameroonian President Mr. Paul Biya, whose government announced on Wednesday that 60 Islamists had been killed And arrested by the army. Cameroonian government spokesman Issa Tchiroma Bakary also said more than 5,000 civilian hostages had been released during military operations on the border with Nigeria from the 27th of February to the 7th of March. The affirmations refuted in block by Shekau: "We fought along the Cameroonian border. You lied by saying that you killed 60 of our fighters, that you arrested 20 of our men, that you released 5,000 people.... "

BURKINA FASO :

The four remaining North Korean banks still linked to the SWIFT network will soon be excluded from this system of processing international banking, said onThursday Reuters, a restriction that will only increase the isolation of the North Korean regime seeking to develop its nuclear and ballistic programs. According to the British Agency, quoting officials from the Interbank Network, these banks will be disconnected because they do not fulfill the criteria of operation. However, no details were given as to the nature of the breaches and it was not clear whether governments acted to do so. Currently, the Foreign Trade Bank, Kumgang Bank, Koryo Credit Development Bank and North East Asia Bank, all North Korean, are still a part of the SWIFT network despite the US sanctions against them. The United States imposed sanctions against Foreign Trade Bank in 2013, accusing it of facilitating the development of weapons of mass destruction. The other three banks were blacklisted last December to support the Northern armaments program. Founded in 1973, the SWIFT network is a network linking banks around the entire world and offering various services such as account-to-account transfers, currency or securities transactions and collections ...
