ZAMBIA:
Zambia Wants to Prevent the Damage of Mining: "To control, treat, and contain the risks of pollution from mining exploration on population and the environment. SENEGAL:

NAMIBIA:
Paladin Energy Receives a New Loan of 40 Million Dollars from Deutsche Bank: "Paladin Energy, company holding Langer Heinrich uranium project in Namibia, has entered into agreements with Deutsche Bank on a revolving credit of 60 million Dollars. As announced, Deutsche Bank will pay 20 million Dollars to refinance the revolving loan owed by the mining company to Nedbank. The German bank will increase the available cash reserve for Paladin to 60 million Dollars, repayable over 12 months. The new sum will be used, on the one hand, to finance the working capital requirements of Langer Heinrich Uranium, a subsidiary of Paladin group managing Langer Heinrich project. The rest will be used for other general purposes of working capital needs of Paladin group..."


CONGO:
AAOG Will Start Drilling an Oil Well on Tilapia, within the Next 45 Days: "Monday, the oil tanker Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), listed on AIM, announced that it is preparing to drill an oil well on the offshore Tilapia field in the Republic of Congo, Energy Voice reports.
