1. BMCE Bank settles in "Kenitra Atlantic Free Zone": "BMCE Bank has just settled into the Atlantic Free Zone. BMCE becomes the first Moroccan bank to have an offshore activity in the region by inaugurating its 2nd offshore entity after that of Tangier. With its new entity installed within Kenitra Atlantic Free Zone, operational since May 22, BMCE Bank targets the companies located in the zone or benefiting from an offshore status as well as foreign companies, multinationals, and private clients."


2. Record net profit for Ryanair: "Ryanair once again achieved the double during its 2016-2017 fiscal year ended March 31. The Irish low cost airline remains not only the first European airline in terms of passengers, more than 120 million, a 13% increase in one year, but it also managed to improve its net profit by 6%, to 1.316 billion Euros, for a turnover of 6.648 billion (+2%). A 20% net margin makes Ryanair one of the most profitable companies in the world. Despite a series of difficulties ranging from terrorist attacks to the impact of the Brexit and the fall of the sterling pound through the air traffic control strikes, this resulted in a 13% drop in the average price of its tickets, fell to 41 Euros."


3. Allianz Maroc opens a second fast compensation center: "In order to boost its ambition to be even closer to its customers and to guarantee them a fast and efficient service, Allianz Maroc has partnered with Point S to set up its second Fast Cars Compensation Center Allianz Taawid Auto in Ain Sebaâ. This second center reinforces the capacities of the Company in terms of rapid compensation of customers in case of slight material accidents at the level of Casablanca city and the Region."


4. Nearly half of Ford customers opt for Ford Salaf: "Fruitful partnership between Ford Motor Company, Scama, and Wafasalaf, Ford Salaf has just blow its first candle. "One year after its launching, the three parties welcome the exceptional results of this partnership, which in 12 months enabled the financing of more than 7,500 Ford vehicles," according to a statement, specifying that nearly 50% of Ford's private vehicle customers opt for Ford Salaf financing, which encouraged all parties to open the program towards other ranges of vehicles, in particular light commercial vehicles."


5. Volkswagen expects to reduce the environmental impact of its production by half: "It all started in 2010 with the launching of the Think Blue Factory environmental program. The Volkswagen brand decided to reduce its CO2 emissions by 25% by 2018. With this objective achieved, the German manufacturer has set a new one: Reduce CO2 emissions by 45% its energy and water consumption, production of waste, and emissions of solvents by 2025."


6. The Global Alliance for Clean Technology and the UfM ally for sustainable development: "Signed by Bertrand Piccard, the President of the Solar Impulse Foundation, and the Secretary General of the UfM, Fathallah Sijilmassi, the agreement aims to promote collaboration between the two organizations on joint activities to facilitate the transition of the Euro-Mediterranean region towards sustainable and low-carbon development. According to a statement from the UfM reached Monday at the MAP, the cooperation between The Union and the Alliance will enrich the political dialogue on energy and climate change in the Euro-Mediterranean region."
