House of Counselors: The Head of Government Outlines His Plan for Reforming the Administration: "Speaking on the occasion of the monthly session on "the reform of the administration and the requirements of good governance" at the House of Councilors, Saad Eddine El Othmani has spelled out the measures taken by the government as part of the reform project of the Administration. The senior official unveiled the major projects planned in the same framework."

Morocco-EU: The European Parliament Rejects by a Large Majority a Text Hostile to the Territorial Integrity of the Kingdom: "Morocco has defeated, on Wednesday, a new maneuver of the opponents of the Kingdom aimed at the adoption by the European Parliament of a text hostile to the territorial integrity of the Kingdom. The text aimed to revive the issue of the extension of the Minurso mission to human rights issues in the southern provinces."

Regionalization: The Good Governance at the Heart of Several Draft Decrees: "New draft decrees complementing the implementation of advanced regionalization are being developed. This is reflected in the texts recently released by the General Secretariat of the Government (SGG). Indeed, these draft decrees lay down the mechanisms and modalities necessary to achieve good governance in the management of territorial affairs."

International Employment: 109 Young Qualified Moroccans Integrate the German Tourism: "The project to improve access to the international employment opportunities for Moroccan youth is progressing well. This pilot initiative, carried out in coordination between the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (Anapec), and the World Bank, will facilitate the access to a hundred young Moroccans to the German labor market. To date, 109 young people have joined their posts in the region of Bavaria and Thuringia."

Curtain Raising on FITUC: "The curtain has been lifted, in the White City (Casablanca) on Tuesday, on the 29th edition of the International Festival of University Theater of Casablanca (FITUC), with the participation of about twenty academic theater groups from all over the world. "This cultural event, which will continue until July 9 under the sign "Action, Aspect of Contemporary Theater", is a space for formation, encounters, and dialogue between the different cultures of the world," indicates Abdelkader Gonegai, President of the Festival who was speaking at the opening of FITUC."

Non-Agricultural GDP Struggles: "The surge in a 4% growth expected for 2017 by the High Audit of Planning (HCP) is not likely to continue next year. The first projections, which are based on the assumption of an average agricultural season, an oil price of $56, and an improvement in demand from Morocco of 4%, give a glimpse of a brake."

Agriculture to the Rescue: High Audit of Planning Raises Its Estimate of Growth to 4%: "The High Audit of Planning (HCP) has revised upwards its forecasts of growth of the national economy for the year 2017, driven by good results from the 2016-2017 crop year and moderately favorable domestic economic conditions in which several trading activities operate. Established initially in the estimated economic budget published in January of the current year, they should ultimately reach 4% for the year 2017."

Parliamentary Cooperation Between Morocco and Djibouti Discussed in Rabat: Talks Between Habib El Malki and a Delegation from the Djibouti Assembly: "The President of the House of Representatives, Habib El Malki, has had talks, in Rabat on Wednesday, with a delegation from the Parliamentary Assembly of Djibouti, focusing on ways to promote parliamentary cooperation between Morocco and this African country, through the activation of the Morocco-Djibouti parliamentary friendship group."
