Housing loan: BMCI takes the short-term market: "As the professionals increasingly expect the real estate rates to increase, BMCI takes the short-term market and launches a degressive rate loan offer. The degressive rate loan is offered for the first time in Morocco by the subsidiary of BNP Paribas. The offer is destined at the active youth and offers a loan whose initial subscription rate can only decrease. "This product offers the bank customers a security against the increasing rates," says the bank in a statement.
