5. The IMF and the WTO call for the promotion of training and mobility: "Countering the consequences, occasionally negative, of the international trade. This is the objective set by the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and the WTO (World Trade Organization) calling on the advanced countries to promote more training and mobility in a report released on Monday.
