Fairfield by Marriott launches “Come Back To Calm” campaign with BBH Singapore

Fairfield by Marriott, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s global portfolio of more than 30 hotel brands, has unveiled a new regional campaign created by BBH Singapore. Titled “Come Back To Calm,” the work positions Fairfield as a serene sanctuary amid the sensory overload of modern travel — a place where guests can pause, recharge, and regain clarity before heading back out to explore.

Building on the brand’s positioning, “The Beauty of Simplicity,” the campaign highlights Fairfield’s philosophy of offering just what travelers need inside, so they can embrace more of the world outside.

At the heart of the campaign is an online film that contrasts the “good chaos” of travel — the noise, color, spontaneity, and energy of discovery — with Fairfield’s calm, pared-back environment designed to restore balance. The film portrays the hotel as a counterpoint to overstimulation, offering guests the space to breathe, rest, and reconnect with themselves.

This marks the first work by BBH Singapore for Marriott International Asia Pacific excluding China (APEC) since winning the account earlier this year. The campaign launches on August 25 across platforms including Spotify, JioHotstar, Meta, and YouTube in India, and will run for one year.

Khairul Mondzi, executive creative director at BBH Singapore, explained the creative inspiration: “Calm isn’t just rest. It’s what gives you the clarity and energy to really be present, to notice the world around you and fully engage with it. It’s like being in the eye of the storm. That’s the feeling we wanted this campaign to capture.”

Sid Tuli, managing director at BBH Singapore, added: “Marriott Bonvoy is home to some of the most iconic hospitality brands in the world. Winning the remit to tell the Fairfield story across the region is a dream, and we’re just getting started.”

Through its blend of storytelling and serene imagery, “Come Back To Calm” underscores Fairfield by Marriott’s mission: to provide travelers with a quiet, restorative space that amplifies the joy of exploration.
