In a campaign designed to turn heads—and elicit audible admiration—GWM has launched the new Haval H6 Hybrid in Australia, positioning it as a tech-filled SUV that leaves drivers and passengers saying just one thing: “OOOH.”
The latest creative from Thinkerbell builds on GWM’s “Go With More” brand platform by showcasing the luxury, performance and intelligent features that make the new H6 Hybrid stand out. From a heated steering wheel to auto parking assist, 14.6-inch infotainment screen, wireless charging, and a hands-free electric tailgate, each element of the SUV is designed to delight and surprise.
But perhaps the biggest show-stopper is the panoramic sunroof—a feature that, according to local father of three Darren Armstrong, prompted a spontaneous and heartfelt “OoooOOOooh.”
Steve Maciver, Head of Marketing and Communications at GWM, expressed confidence in the vehicle’s reception: “We’re extremely proud to be launching the GWM Haval H6 Hybrid to Australia. The Haval already has a strong reputation as a value-packed, tech-forward SUV, and the new H6 raises the bar even higher—from the hybrid powertrain to, my personal favourite, the personalised voice assistant.”
The campaign rollout is just as ambitious as the vehicle itself. More than 1,000 “OOOHs” will be deployed across a diverse media mix, including radio, digital, print, and out-of-home formats—ensuring the message is not only seen, but heard loud and clear.
Tom Wenborn, Chief Creative Tinker at Thinkerbell, summed it up perfectly: “When you take the GWM Haval H6 for a spin, you’re instantly struck by how well appointed it is. It has features coming out the wazoo, and every one of them leaves you using the universal word for impressed… OOOH.”
