1. "Meet & Assist": A service to facilitate airport formalities: "National Aviation Services (NAS) launches its "Meet & Assist" offer in Morocco. This is the announcement made by the company recently. "This new reception and assistance service is offered exclusively by NAS to CIP passengers under the Pearl Assist brand in five of the Kingdom's airports, namely Casablanca Mohammed V, Rabat-Salé, Marrakech- Menara, Agadir Al Massira, and Oujda. This service will soon be operational in Tangier, Fez, Laayoune, and Dakhla," says the company."


2. The UM6SS and the Enterprises of Medicines in Morocco seal a partnership: "In order to modernize and develop the health sector, the Enterprises of Medicines in Morocco (LEMM) and the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences (UM6SS) have signed a partnership agreement for the pooling and strengthening of their efforts in terms of research and development (R&D), innovation, and training. This partnership benefits both parties in the sense where R&D in the global pharmaceutical industry is today based on advanced partnerships with large scientific universities, but also because the UM6SS is working to become one of the universities of reference in the health sciences at the national, continental, and international levels."


3. The Tangier-Tetouan-AI Hoceima CCIS has a one-stop shop: "The Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services of the region of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima has just opened a one-stop shop at its headquarters in Tangier and its annexes in Tetouan and Al Hoceima. "This new platform aims to provide services to the region's merchants, industrialists, and service providers," said a statement from the Chamber."


4. The Finance Bill 2017 approved in second reading: "The House of Representatives has approved on Tuesday, by majority and in second reading, the Finance Bill (PLF) 2017. The draft was approved with 199 votes for, 56 against, and 38 abstentions. During this session, the House of Representatives has approved several amendments, notably on Article 8 bis related to the enforcement of judgments against the State, and local and regional authorities, which was removed by the unanimity of votes. The House of Councilors referred PLF-2017 to the House of Representatives for a second reading after having amended and approved the project."


5. Africa needs 3.2 to 4.3 billion Dollars per year: "3.2 to 4.3 billion Dollars is the annual investment required for the electricity transmission network in Africa over the period 2015-2040. In a new report released on June 6, the World Bank calls for increased private investment in the still underdeveloped electricity transmission and distribution infrastructure in Africa, failing which the continent will not be able to achieve its energy objectives."
