This charter will constitute a contractual framework to define the areas of dialogue, implementing the obligations arising from social conventions and possible settlement of disputes which could block discussions between the social partners."

The imports on an upward trend in the first quarter: "The imports of goods and services have experienced a larger increase than the exports in the first quarter of 2017, the Foreign Exchange Office announced in its latest publication.
