Drinking Water: The Almost Generalized Access Rate in Rural Areas: "The rate of access to drinking water in rural areas will have to reach 96.5 percent by the end of 2017, thanks to the volume of investment mobilized, which exceeds 1 billion Dirhams each year, affirmed the Secretary of State in charge of Water, Charafat Afilal, in Rabat, on Tuesday. Parliament: The Finance Commissions Debate PLF 2018: "The Finance Commissions of the two Houses of Parliament will hold a joint meeting on Thursday for the presentation of the general framework of the drafting of the finance bill (PLF) for the year 2018. The Minister of Economy and Finance will present a presentation on the general framework for the development of the next PLF, in accordance with Article 47 of Organic Law No. 130.13 of the Finance Bill, indicates Tuesday a joint statement of the two Chambers.
