Sigit Settles in Kenitra: "After Tangier Free Zone, Sigit, the Italian group specializing in plastic and rubber parts, will soon be moving to Atlantic free zone of Kenitra. Careem Announces a Partnership with Didi Chuxing: "The booking platform for taxis and VTC (touring vehicle with driver) Careem has just announced the signing of a new partnership agreement with the Chinese transport giant Didi Chuxing. Through this agreement, the Chinese company intends to make an investment in the capital of Careem in order to consolidate its supply of transport throughout the region. "Together, the two companies will share their knowledge of intelligent transportation technology, product development, and other operations," announced Careem Maroc in a statement."


Signing of a New Partnership Agreement Between Atlas Voyages and Club Med: "Atlas Voyages, the largest Moroccan travel agency with 17 branches throughout Morocco, has just announced the signing of a new partnership agreement with Club Med. The objective is to strengthen its growth and its brand with the local clientele. "Thanks to this agreement, we plan to achieve a turnover of more than 20 million dirhams, 60% in Morocco and 40% internationally. We have recorded a notable growth in turnover abroad over the past 7 years," said Othman Cherif-Alami, manager of the first Moroccan tour operator."


BTI Bank Is Coming Soon! : "BTI Bank, the participatory subsidiary of BMCE Bank of Africa, has just announced the launch of its business in September. Indeed, the announcement was made Monday, August 7, by the partner of the Moroccan bank, Al Baraka Bank (Bahrain), on the occasion of the presentation of its half-yearly results. "We have completed all the necessary procedures to launch our banking unit in Morocco, and we plan to launch its activities in September 2017 with our partner BMCE Bank under the designation of BTI Bank," the statement said. "The new bank will be led by Al Baraka Banking Group and will operate with its network of banking subsidiaries, currently located in 15 countries," specified the statement."
