Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has been named YouGov’s Most Recommended Global Brand for 2025, reaffirming the strength of its “Fly Better” promise. Emirates also holds the distinction of being the only airline featured in YouGov’s global top 10 rankings this year.
The YouGov Most Recommended Brands ranking is based on the percentage of customers who would recommend the brand to friends or colleagues. Emirates excelled in this year’s survey, achieving a remarkable score of 88.4%, outperforming its industry competitors by a significant margin. The results are drawn from more than one million consumer surveys conducted across 28 countries between June 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025, via YouGov BrandIndex. Final scores take into account both positive brand impressions and customer base size in each market.

Emirates has consistently placed customer experience at the core of its strategy, delivering memorable journeys through premium products and signature services both in the air and on the ground.
In the first half of 2025, Emirates expanded its global reach by launching new routes to three destinations, with Hangzhou set to follow. The airline also unveiled nine redesigned retail stores across Asia, Africa, and Europe, introduced its latest A350 aircraft on ten routes, and became the first airline globally to receive Autism Certified Airline™ status, marking a significant step toward inclusive and accessible air travel.
And the airline’s ambitions don’t stop there. By December 2025, Emirates aims to operate next-generation aircraft—including Boeing 777, A380, and A350—on over 70 routes, covering nearly 50% of its global network. Additionally, Emirates will offer more than 2 million premium economy seats, bringing luxury travel experiences to even more passengers.
This latest accolade adds to Emirates’ impressive track record. The airline was already recognized as the Most Recommended Brand in the United Arab Emirates in YouGov’s Recommend 2024 ranking, achieving a 92.6% recommendation score. In the United States, YouGov’s 2024 airline report revealed Emirates had the highest satisfaction rate among American travelers and ranked among the top 10 airlines preferred by Millennials and Gen Z.
