1. Attijariwafa bank receives the trophy of the "Best African Bank in North Africa": "The Attijariwafa bank group has won the trophy of the "Best African Bank in North Africa", awarded by the African Banker magazine of Ic Publications group during the African Banker Awards 2017 organized at the annual meetings of the African Development Bank (AfDB). This flagship event pays tribute to the excellence in the banking and finance sector on the continent. During this 11th edition, the trophies selected 19 winners from more than 200 candidates from across the continent and brought together more than 400 bankers, business leaders, influential people, and decision-makers."


2. Asmex and Emlyon Business School team up: "In order to meet their ambition to bring their respective skills and audiences closer together and to enhance their mutual activities, ASMEX and Emlyon Business School signed on Friday, May 19, 2017, a partnership agreement. Umnia Bank: 1.1 billion Dirhams of investment and 500 jobs envisaged: ""Umnia Bank starts the activity of participatory finance in Morocco by becoming the first participatory bank in this activity to obtain the approval of the Central Bank to launch its activity in the Kingdom," said the bank in a statement on Tuesday.
