BAM Gives an Update on Credit Institutions in Morocco: "Bank Al Maghrib organized a press conference on Thursday, July 20, to present its annual report on banking supervision for the 2016 financial year. It also deals with the evolution of risks incurred by banks and the main regulatory advances of the banking sector. At the end of 2016, the banking sector accumulates a total asset of 118% of GDP. BMCE BOA: Signing of the Contract to Construct the Tallest Tower in Africa: "At the Headquarters of BMCE Bank of Africa, on Thursday, July 20, the signing ceremony of the construction contract of Tour de Rabat Bouregreg took place between BMCE Bank of Africa Group on the one hand, and the Chinese China Railway Construction Corporation International -CRCCI-, and the Moroccan TGCC Group on the other. 250 meters high on 55 floors, the tower will be the highest in Africa with hotel, residential, and office components.
