1. Air Arabia Maroc launches a new line linking Marrakech and Paris: ""Air Arabia Maroc", leader in air transport at reduced rates in the region, reinforces its network towards Paris and launches a new service from Marrakech. "Paris becomes the fifth destination served by Air Arabia Maroc from Marrakech after Montpellier, Pau, Fez, and Frankfurt. The latter is reinforced by an additional flight starting from this winter and passes to three weekly frequencies instead of the two existing ones," indicates the airline company in a statement on Tuesday."
2. BCP: AMMC approves the shares' acquisition program: "La Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP) will launch a new shares' acquisition program starting from July 4. The operation, validated by the Moroccan Authority of Capitals Market (AMMC), will be subject to authorization by the Ordinary General Assembly that will be held on June 29, 2017. It covers 9,112,733 shares, representing 5% of the capital, and will be spread over 18 months. It should be noted that the maximum purchase price has been fixed at 351 Dirhams against 189 Dirhams for the minimum sale price."
3. Promotional campaign in Europe to reposition the destination Fez: "A promotional campaign was conducted drum beating by the Moroccan National Office of Tourism (ONMT) at the level of various European capitals with the aim of promoting and repositioning the destination Fez, according to the Regional Council of Tourism (CRT) of Fez-Meknes."
4. BMCE Bank of Africa: A transaction of 1 billion Dirhams: "The transaction concerns 10,000 obligations of a nominal value of 100,000 Dirhams. The emission is fractionated into two tranches: "A" to a perpetual maturity, at a rate adjustable every 10 years, not listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange (ceiling of 1 billion for a nominal value of 100,000 Dirhams); and "B" to a perpetual maturity, at a rate adjustable annually, also not listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange (ceiling of 1 billion Dirhams for a nominal value of 100,000 Dirhams)."
5. Mohafadati, the new online service of land conservation: "New service added to the range of online services offered by the National Agency of Land Conservation, Cadastre, and Cartography (ANCFCC). "In fact, the Agency now makes available to the users the "Mohafadati" service which makes it possible to follow all the formalities carried out on a land title," we learn from Aujourd'hui Le Maroc in its edition of June 14."
