Lenovo Yoga explores the “third spaces” of creativity in the second season of The Art of Making

title..

Technology has become a centerpiece of modern campaigns, but often at the expense of the creative processes it is meant to empower. With the second season of its docuseries The Art of Making, produced by SuperHeroes under the umbrella of Made with Lenovo Yoga, Lenovo shifts the spotlight to the creators themselves—their inspirations, rituals, and the “third spaces” that fuel their artistry.

Filmed across Los Angeles, London, and New Delhi, the series takes viewers into the worlds of three digital street artists who use Lenovo Yoga laptops as part of their creative toolkit. Directed once again by Iris Kim, a Gen Z filmmaker known for her immersive storytelling, the series explores how personal environments and everyday experiences translate into artistic expression.

In Los Angeles, NudeRobot—a VFX artist famous for surreal CGI and humanoid forms—finds his creative rhythm on the futsal court, where the energy of play infuses his fluid, character-driven work. In the UK, Tonqart, who often transforms objects into skateboarding avatars, retreats to his family’s countryside cottage, using the serenity of rural life to reimagine motion tracking and 3D design. Meanwhile, in New Delhi, Shubi_dubidoo, a 3D artist with roots in illustration, draws inspiration from Sunder Nursery, a historic garden where calm and culture blend to spark her visual storytelling.

Rather than centering on spectacle or single influencers, The Art of Making positions itself as a cultural study of creativity. It captures how young artists merge their physical surroundings with digital platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—bridging real life and the screen to unlock new forms of expression.

For Lenovo, the docuseries represents a shift in branded content: moving away from overt advertising toward creator-led narratives that resonate as authentic cultural documentation. By spotlighting the human side of artistic practice, Lenovo underscores its ambition to become not just a technology provider, but a partner in creative possibility.
